You sign in with a passkey kept on your phone or computer, unlocked with your face, fingerprint or PIN. There is no password.
Unlock your device
Use your face, fingerprint or PIN when your device asks. This is asked at every sign-in and cannot be turned off. It is what makes a passkey count as two factors.
I have a setup link from the office
Open the link the office sent you, on the phone or computer you will use most. It works once, and only for you.
Lost every passkey? Write to the office. An administrator confirms who you are by another route, cancels the old passkeys and sends you a fresh setup link.
